Fetal heart disease mainly refers to congenital heart disease, which is one of the congenital malformations. This disease is caused by embryonic developmental defects and arrest. The incidence rate in children is relatively high, ranking sixth among heart diseases. The cause is related to maternal infection with viruses during pregnancy, especially rubella virus. In addition, it is also related to genetic, environmental, geographical and other factors. Congenital heart disease is divided into two categories: non-shunt congenital heart disease and shunt congenital heart disease. Non-shunt congenital heart disease includes simple pulmonary artery stenosis, aortic coarctation, aortic stenosis, primary pulmonary artery dilatation, right heart, etc. Shunt congenital heart disease refers to right shunt congenital heart disease and left shunt congenital heart disease. The former includes atrial septal defect, single atrium, ventricular septal defect, left ventricle, left atrial communication, single ventricle, patent ductus arteriosus, aorta, pulmonary artery septal defect, etc.

Chinese medicine prescription:

1. Roasted licorice root, donkey-hide gelatin 10g each, Codonopsis pilosula 15g, Radix Rehmanniae 20-30g, Cinnamon twig 9g, Ophiopogon japonicus 10g, Bupleurum 9g, Acanthopanax cortex 10g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 11)-15g, ginger and jujube as the guide. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, 2 times a day.

2. 15g of Stephania tetrandra, 9g of Polygonatum odoratum, 18g of Astragalus, 9g of Atractylodes macrocephala, and 30-45g of Poria cocos. Mix the above medicines in a casserole, add 500ml of water, boil until 100ml, filter and take the liquid, add 400ml of water to the residue, boil until 80ml, filter and take the liquid, mix with the first decoction, a total of 180ml, take warm in 3 times.

3. Roasted aconite 7.5g, white atractylodes, poria 25g each, white peony 15g, raw astragalus, acanthopanax bark 25g each, asarum 5g, cinnamon twig 7.5g, schisandra chinensis, licorice 10g each, ginger 15g. Soak the medicine in water for half an hour, decoct in water; simmer for 30 minutes after the first decoction is boiled, simmer for 20 minutes after the second decoction is boiled, and the two decoctions are mixed together. Take it in 2 doses, 100 ml each time, about 1 hour after breakfast and dinner.

4. 960g of yam, 360g of black sesame and red bean, 30g of chicken gizzard lining, 480g of fried jujube kernel, 360g of cypress kernel. Grind them into fine powder, take 30g every morning and evening before meals, mix with boiled water to make a paste.

5. Cooking oil, MSG, salt, kelp, coix seed, eggs, pepper powder in appropriate amounts. Wash the kelp, cut it into strips, wash the coix seed, put them in a pressure cooker, add water and stew the kelp and coix seed until they are very soft, put the iron pot on high heat, add cooking oil, fry the beaten eggs, then pour in the kelp and coix seed with the soup, add salt and pepper powder in appropriate amounts, stew for a while, add MSG when removing from the pot, and it is ready to be eaten.
