① Pay attention to hygiene and wash your hands frequently. Wear a mask when cleaning dusty or moldy places. During the high incidence season of pneumonia, the elderly should try to avoid long-term bed rest.

② Keep warm: Slowly reduce fever, wipe off sweat after exercise, and keep warm. When you go to the hospital, wear a mask as much as possible to prevent cross-infection of the respiratory tract.

③ To prevent pneumonia, the indoor temperature of the general population should be kept between 18℃ and 20℃. If there are elderly people or children at home, the room temperature should be between 22℃ and 24℃. The indoor humidity should also be between 10℃ and 25℃. Taking the medium-sized housing area as an example, in winter, in a house of about 80 square meters, in the absence of strong wind, opening the window for ventilation for 9 minutes can play the role of replacing indoor and outdoor air once.

④ Eat more animal liver, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes and tomatoes which are rich in vitamin A. Citrus fruits are the best source of vitamin C.

⑤In addition, injection of pneumococcal vaccine can prevent Streptococcus pyogenes pneumonia, and children should also be vaccinated against Haemophilus influenzae type B.
