2. Mai Lian Bing Tang Drink: 15g of Mai Dong, 15g of white lotus seeds, appropriate amount of rock sugar, add appropriate amount of water and cook together, then drink as tea. It has the effect of nourishing yin and kidney, promoting body fluid and quenching thirst.

3. Figs and rock sugar: 25 grams of figs, an appropriate amount of rock sugar, add water and boil, drink once a day. It has the effect of invigorating qi and promoting body fluid, moistening the lungs and eliminating phlegm.

4. 9g of Sterculia lychnophora, 9g of Honeysuckle, 9g of Ophiopogon japonicus, and 9g of Licorice. Use about 200ml of boiling water to brew the above medicines as tea, or decoct them in water and take 3-4 doses in 24 hours.

5. Take the ginkgo kernels, fry them on low heat, smash the peel with a knife, remove the shell and outer coat, wash with clean water and cut into small dices, wash the pot, add a bowl of clean water, put in the ginkgo nuts, turn on high heat, bring to a boil, then simmer for a while on low heat, add white sugar, bring to a boil, add a little sugar osmanthus, and it is ready to eat.

6. 15g of mulberry flower, 10g each of forsythia, mulberry leaf, chrysanthemum, 6g each of peucedanum, radix stemonae, platycodon grandiflorum, burdock seeds, 5g each of almond, mint, licorice, 12g of reed root, decocted in water. For severe fever, add 5g each of scutellaria baicalensis and anemarrhena, 10g of gypsum; for severe cough and sputum, add 10g of whole trichosanthes and 5g of fritillaria cirrhosa.
