4. Massage Tiantu

5. Rub the root of the breast

Rugen acupoint is located in the intercostal space directly below the nipple, at the level of the fifth intercostal space. 6. Knead Feng Long

Fenglong acupoint is located 8 inches above the tip of the lateral malleolus, on the outside of the anterior edge of the tibia, between the tibia and fibula. Press and rub with the tip of your thumb.

7. Massage the lung point

Rubbing the Feishu acupoints has the effects of replenishing qi and lungs, relieving cough and reducing phlegm. When doing this, press and rub the Feishu acupoints on both sides about 50 times.

8. Chiropractic

The Dazhui point to the coccyx point should be in a straight line. Pinching method: With the thumb at the back and the index and middle fingers at the front, pinch the skin with three fingers at the same time, twist the hands alternately, and move forward slowly. Pinch from the coccyx point to the Dazhui point on the neck, and gently lift up once after every 3 twists. Sometimes you can hear a "bang, bang" sound, and stop when the skin becomes ruddy and slightly congested. Note that you do not need to lift up when pinching for the first and last time.
