Simple nephropathy is a common type of primary nephropathy, which is more common in children aged two to seven years old. In addition to the symptoms of nephropathy, it is not accompanied by microscopic hematuria or hypertension, and more than 90% of renal biopsies are of minimal change type. Nephritic nephropathy is also a type of primary nephropathy, which is more common in children over seven years old. In addition to the symptoms of nephropathy, it is also accompanied by microscopic hematuria and hypertension. In addition to a small amount of lesions, renal biopsy has proliferative variants, membranous proliferative type, and sclerotic type. Therefore, this is one of the causes of pediatric nephropathy.
