Use an artificial respirator when necessary.

7. Mycoplasma pneumonia should pay attention to rest, care and diet. Fever and cough can be treated symptomatically. Erythromycin is commonly used, 30-50 mg/kg per day, and the course of treatment is 7-14 days. Acetylspiramycin, josamycin, and medimycin acetate can also be used. Penicillin and aminoglycosides are ineffective. When there are complications, special attention should be paid to the treatment of acute hemolysis, central nervous system and cardiovascular system lesions.
