Diet for children with diarrhea syndrome

Diet for children with diarrhea syndrome

Although there are many ways to treat diarrhea in children, parents must take good care of your baby, try to avoid illness, add or remove clothes in time, and actively treat the disease once it is sick. You must also learn about the treatment methods of related diseases and the auxiliary treatment methods that are beneficial to children's diseases. So, what should children eat when they have diarrhea?

1. Dietary taboos

Eat some easily digestible food, such as porridge, soft noodles, minced fish, a small amount of vegetable puree, fresh fruit juice, etc., until 2 weeks after the diarrhea stops.

13. Yam and egg yolk porridge: Grind 30 grams of raw yam (dry) into fine powder, mix it into a thin paste with warm water, boil it, add 2 cooked egg yolks, mix well, and eat it 2 to 3 times a day on an empty stomach.

14. Put 30 grams of sorghum rice bran from the second time into a pan and fry it until it turns brown and fragrant. Remove the excess coarse shells. Take 3 grams each time, drink with water, 3 times a day.

15. Purslane porridge: 250 grams of fresh purslane (or 60 grams of dried product), wash, chop, boil in water for 10 to 20 minutes, remove the residue, add appropriate amount of rice, cook into porridge, take frequently.

16. Scorched rice soup: Wash an appropriate amount of rice, dry it half-way in the sun, and fry it until it turns brown. Add 6-10 grams of scorched rice to 100 ml of water, simmer for 1 hour, add a little salt, and drink the soup.

Although there are many ways to treat diarrhea in children, I believe that dietary therapy is still very helpful to parents. A reasonable diet is still very helpful for the recovery of children. Parents may wish to pay more attention to the diet adjustment of their children while actively cooperating with the doctor's treatment.
