Jaundice and diarrhea with gastric ulcer

Jaundice and diarrhea with gastric ulcer

Jaundice, diarrhea and gastric ulcer may be related to improper diet, or may be caused by indigestion, chronic superficial gastritis, acute simple gastritis and other diseases. It is recommended to seek medical attention in time for relevant examinations and clarify the specific cause under the guidance of a doctor.

1. Non-pathological factors

If patients often eat raw, cold and irritating foods or overeat, it may cause gastrointestinal disorders, abdominal distension, nausea and other symptoms, and because food accumulates in the intestines and cannot be discharged, it may also cause jaundice. At this time, it is necessary to actively adjust the diet structure and habits, mainly light and easy to digest, and apply appropriate hot compresses to the abdomen to relieve discomfort.

2. Pathological factors

1. Indigestion: It is one of the common symptoms caused by various causes, and is mainly manifested by persistent or recurrent upper abdominal discomfort. If indigestion occurs, food will be retained in the intestines for a long time and fermented, thus causing the above situation. Usually, it can be treated with medicines such as Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets and Lactobacillus Tablets as prescribed by the doctor.

2. Chronic superficial gastritis: It is a common chronic gastric mucosal inflammatory lesion caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. It can also be induced by long-term drinking, bile reflux and other factors. It often manifests as discomfort in the upper abdomen, fullness, dull pain, burning sensation, etc., and may also be accompanied by loss of appetite. Some patients may experience vomiting of food, belching, acid reflux and fluid loss. For this, you should take omeprazole enteric-coated capsules, bismuth potassium citrate granules and other drugs as prescribed by your doctor.

3. Acute simple gastritis: usually caused by physical factors such as severe trauma, alcohol damage, drug effects, chemical factors such as strong acid, strong alkali, pesticides, etc. can also cause this disease. After the disease, the patient will experience symptoms such as upper abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black stools, and may also experience fatigue, dizziness, sore limbs, poor appetite, etc. For this, you can use sucralfate chewable tablets, colloidal pectin bismuth capsules and other drugs for treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

It may also be related to gastric ulcer. Gastric ulcer refers to a chronic ulcer that occurs on the stomach wall. It is mainly caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. When it occurs, it will cause abnormal depressions in the stomach wall, making it impossible for the stomach contents to be discharged normally and causing congestion, so you will feel symptoms of abdominal distension and abdominal pain. At the same time, gastric ulcers will affect the absorption of nutrients, resulting in symptoms such as weight loss, fatigue, anemia, and edema. At this time, you need to take pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and other drugs as prescribed by your doctor.
