After the strong stimulation is used to achieve the effect at the beginning of treatment, the medium stimulation is used to consolidate the effect. Weak stimulation can be achieved by electroacupuncture or hydroacupuncture, with 1 to 2 acupoints selected each time, and injection of 0.5 to 1.0 ml of vitamin B1 gamma-aminobutyric acid or Chinese herbal compound angelica solution (angelica, safflower and Chuanxiong preparation) for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.

Massage therapy: The treatment of polio is to roll back and forth on the paralyzed limbs for 8 to 10 minutes, massage and relax the joints for 3 to 5 minutes, rub the relevant spine and limbs 5 to 6 times, and rub the local area to warm it once a day or every other day. Family members can be taught to do it at home.

Physiotherapy: hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, wax therapy, phototherapy, etc. can be used to relax the affected muscles, increase local blood flow and inflammation absorption. This is one of the treatments for polio.
