At this time, if the factors that increase the intra-abdominal pressure can be alleviated, let the child lie flat or gently push the tumor into the abdominal cavity, the tumor can return to the abdomen through the channel when the testicle descends and disappear. This situation is called reducible hernia.

4. If the swelling cannot return to the abdominal cavity, abdominal pain will worsen. Crying will not only cause vomiting, abdominal distension, and poor defecation and other symptoms of intestinal obstruction. Oval swelling can be seen in the groin or scrotum, with a hard texture and obvious tenderness. If the intestine cannot be recovered for a long time, serious complications such as intestinal scurvy and intestinal ischemic necrosis may occur.
