What medicine can cure pneumonia in children?

Now Western medicine has penetrated into our lives, and we are willing to believe in and see Western doctors. Of course, Western medicine is also indispensable. When we get pneumonia, there are many drugs for treating pneumonia in Western medicine. The following are some commonly used drugs for treating pneumonia.

1. Iododeoxyuracil (Herpes Net) has an inhibitory effect on adenovirus and is often used for conjunctivitis caused by adenovirus pneumonia.

2. Morpholine biguanide (Viralin) has an inhibitory effect on many viruses. The dosage is 10 mg/kg/day, and the eye drops are 1% to 5%.

3. Amantadine combined with antibiotics can be used to treat adenovirus pneumonia.

4. Ribovir has antiviral functions both in vivo and in vitro.

5. For persistent bronchial obstruction, a larger dose of adrenal corticosteroids 4-8 mg/kg can be used for intravenous drip within 8 hours, but not for more than 3-5 days.

6. When combined with heart failure, the first choice is digoxin or cyclohexanide K or digoxin. In addition, pay attention to keeping the airway open, clearing secretions, using Chinese and Western medicine, liquefying sputum and expectoration, and suctioning sputum in time. Give oxygen in time and correctly, use a nebulizer mask to give oxygen, and use 3l~5l of oxygen per minute. When there is acidosis, use an appropriate amount of sodium bicarbonate. Use an artificial respirator when necessary.

7. Mycoplasma pneumonia should pay attention to rest, care and diet. Fever and cough can be treated symptomatically. Erythromycin is commonly used, 30-50 mg/kg per day, and the course of treatment is 7-14 days. Acetylspiramycin, josamycin, and medimycin acetate can also be used. Penicillin and aminoglycosides are ineffective. When there are complications, special attention should be paid to the treatment of acute hemolysis, central nervous system and cardiovascular system lesions.

I believe that these simple introductions will give you a deeper understanding of the treatment of pneumonia, and I hope it will be helpful to you. In daily life, you should always pay attention to your health and pay attention to the prevention and treatment of pneumonia.
