The intake of lipid substances should be limited, and a low-oil and low-cholesterol diet is preferred. At the same time, fatty and salty foods such as seafood, shrimp, crab, pickles, sweet noodle sauce, fermented bean curd, bacon, sausage, bacon, etc., stimulating foods such as tobacco, alcohol, vinegar, and spicy foods such as garlic, leeks, and onions, and raw and cold fruits should also be avoided.
