In addition, pay attention to keeping the airway open, clearing secretions, using Chinese and Western medicine, liquefying sputum and expectoration, and suctioning sputum in time. Give oxygen in time and correctly, use a nebulizer mask to give oxygen, and use 3l~5l of oxygen per minute. When there is acidosis, use an appropriate amount of sodium bicarbonate. Use an artificial respirator when necessary.

7. Mycoplasma pneumonia should pay attention to rest, care and diet. Fever and cough can be treated symptomatically. Erythromycin is commonly used, 30-50 mg/kg per day, and the course of treatment is 7-14 days. Acetylspiramycin, josamycin, and medimycin acetate can also be used. Penicillin and aminoglycosides are ineffective. When there are complications, special attention should be paid to the treatment of acute hemolysis, central nervous system and cardiovascular system lesions.
