3. Mycoplasma pneumonia in children is mainly caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia.

4. Chlamydial pneumonia in children is mainly caused by Chlamydia trachomatis.

5. Fungal pneumonia: Candida, Aspergillus, Cryptococcus, Histoplasma, Coccidioides, etc.

6. Protozoal pneumonia is mainly caused by Pneumocystis carinii.

7. Pneumonia caused by non-infectious causes: aspiration pneumonia, eosinophilic pneumonia, aspiration pneumonia, etc.
