How should parents deal with influenza in children? Five nursing measures for influenza in children

Influenza in children mainly refers to an inflammation caused by the interference of external bacteria and viruses in the child's respiratory tract. It is a common pediatric disease. Generally speaking, the onset of this disease is related to the season. Once the disease occurs, a series of symptoms such as headache, fever, sore throat, and general discomfort will appear. In order to prevent the disease from worsening, corresponding measures should be taken in time.

How should parents deal with children's flu? It is important to take five health care measures!

1. Drink more warm water

Since children have very poor resistance and are easily threatened by infectious diseases, when children have influenza, they must drink plenty of water, which can effectively excrete toxins from the body. The best time to drink water is after getting up in the morning. Because many mothers now have insufficient milk, they usually give their children milk powder to brew milk, but when the baby is sick, try to dilute the concentration of milk powder with warm water, because milk powder can easily make children angry and lead to worsening of the disease.

Pay attention to your daily diet

During the illness, children must strictly control their diet and eat more light, vitamin-rich foods, such as noodles, porridge, fruits, etc., and eat less spicy, greasy, and irritating foods, such as barbecue, stewed noodles, spicy strips, potato chips, etc. These foods will not only aggravate the child's condition, but may also cause a series of diseases such as pharyngitis.

3. Keep warm

When children suffer from influenza, in addition to infection, colds are also closely related. In cold seasons, you must pay attention to the warmth of your children and prepare jackets, vests and other clothes that can be easily worn when going out and sleeping. If your child has the habit of kicking the quilt, cover him with the quilt regularly. Only in this way can you reduce the chance of getting sick.

4. Pay attention to medication

Many children are sick, and the first thing parents think of is to give them cold medicine. However, children's medicine is very delicate, both in terms of the variety and dosage of the medicine, which are different from normal adults. Therefore, when giving children medicine, you should go to the pharmacy to buy children's special medicine, carefully read the instructions, and urge children to take the medicine on time according to the above dosage.

5. Exercise more

During the illness, children should exercise more, because they sweat during exercise, and the cold in the body can be effectively discharged through sweat, thus achieving the effect of helping the disease to recover. Common exercises include jogging, walking, skipping rope, etc. Completing a certain amount of exercise every day can not only make the disease recover faster, but also enhance children's resistance and avoid other diseases.
