How to treat infantile eczema? What are the commonly used treatments for infantile eczema?

To treat childhood eczema, you need to choose a treatment method based on the cause. The more common treatments include diet therapy, drug therapy, and local therapy. Diet therapy is suitable for patients with milder symptoms, while local therapy is suitable for children with localized eczema. If the child's eczema symptoms are more severe and have spread to the whole body, then only drug treatment can be chosen. Common drugs include anti-allergic drugs and diphenhydramine tablets, etc.

Growing children not only have weak physical resistance, but also have delicate skin. If they are not well cared for, they are prone to eczema. Not only is the chance of eczema recurring very high, it can also cause great harm to children. It is a skin disease that many children are very afraid of. So how to treat eczema in children?

1. Diet therapy

If the child's eczema symptoms are not very serious but relatively mild, then diet therapy can be used to achieve a certain therapeutic effect. For example, red dates and lentil porridge and mung bean and coix seed soup can both have a good therapeutic effect, because these two medicinal foods have the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying, especially for children. If they have acute eczema of damp-heat type and chronic eczema of blood dryness type, then the use of these two medicinal foods can have a very good therapeutic effect.

2. Drug treatment

If the child's eczema symptoms have reached the stage of systemic eczema, then parents can only choose drug treatment. Generally, oral diphenhydramine tablets or promethazine tablets are used. Of course, parents can also choose phenergan according to the child's condition because the drug has a sedative effect. At the same time, if the child has systemic eczema due to allergies, then parents can choose anti-allergic drugs.

3. Local treatment

If the child's pediatric eczema is a local outbreak, you can choose a local treatment method, which is to apply a 0.1% furazolidone solution to the child's diseased skin, and apply revnol zinc oxide ointment to the child. This can achieve a good therapeutic effect. If the child's infant eczema is in the subacute stage, parents can also use calamine lotion to relieve itching and inflammation, and then apply vitamin B6 ointment to help the child recover quickly.
