Traditional Chinese medicine for treating hernia in children Traditional Chinese medicine for treating hernia in children

Traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat hernia in children, but the specific effect is determined by self-verification and experimentation. There are several methods:

First, mother clove treatment. For pediatric hernia, in traditional Chinese medicine, if mother clove is used for treatment, the usage is roughly as follows: grind the cloves into powder and put them in a bottle and seal it, then take an appropriate amount of mother clove powder to fill the child's navel, and finally apply the dressing to the sole of the foot, and change the dressing every two days. In general, taking the medicine four to six times will be effective. While taking the medicine, pay attention to reducing the child's activities as much as possible and pay attention to rest. This may be more effective for umbilical hernia, but whether it is effective for inguinal hernia needs self-verification.

The second is the white pepper treatment. Take an appropriate amount of three grams of white pepper and divide it into two parts after applying the medicine. One part is applied to the navel and the other part is applied to the soles of the feet on both sides. Finally, put cotton on it and fix it with tape. Change the dressing once half a month.

The third treatment is astragalus, cimicifuga, and jujube. First, take a few grams of astragalus, then three grams of cimicifuga, and finally a few grams of jujube. The method is also very simple, just decoct the three herbs in water. If the child can wait for several times to heal, we can observe. If the Chinese medicine used is ineffective, surgical treatment is required.
