(3) Cat’s Claw and Chestnut Shell Lean Meat Soup

(4) Hawthorn and Chinese Yam Rabbit Soup

Ingredients: 20 grams of hawthorn, 20 grams of yam, 300 grams of rabbit meat, and 3 dates.

Method: Boil the rabbit meat to remove the bloody smell, and remove the core of the jujube. Put the above ingredients into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours, fry about 1.5 bowls, season with a little salt and it is ready to eat.
