What tests are needed for acute anicteric hepatitis B?

The inspection items are as follows:

1. Blood examination: The total white blood cell count is normal or slightly low, the neutrophil count may be decreased, and the lymphocyte count is relatively increased.

2. Abnormal changes in liver ultrasound examination and electrocardiogram.

3. Laboratory examination: elevated serum alanine aminotransferase, mild to moderate abnormalities in liver function turbidity or flocculation tests, and normal serum bilirubin.

4. HBV virus marker detection:

1HBsAg and anti-HBs: HBsAg can be detected in serum 2 to 8 weeks before HBV serum transaminase increases. HBsAg is an acute HBV antigen and generally turns negative after 2 to 6 months of early infection.

2HBeAg and anti-HBe: Serum HBeAg is positive in acute and chronic hepatitis and asymptomatic carriers. HBV is from the early stage to the onset of clinical symptoms 10 weeks to the onset of clinical symptoms 10 weeks. HBeAg is closely related to HBVDNA, DNA polymerase activity and Dane particles and viremia, indicating that the patient is contagious.

3HBcAg and anti-HBc: HBcAg is the core component of HBV containing viral nucleic acid. HBcAg positivity indicates viral replication and is contagious. HBsAg high titer, HBeAg and DNA polymerase positive, HBcAg is mostly positive.

4HBVDNA and DNA polymerase: The application of nucleic acid hybridization technology can directly detect HBVDNA. Even if some patients are HBsAg and HBeAg negative but HBVDNA positive, it still means that HBV is replicating and is contagious.

5. HBv determines the basis of current infection:

① Serum HBsAg positive;

② Serum HBV DNA or DNA polymerase positive;

③Serum IgM anti-HBc positive;

④ Intrahepatic HBcAG and/or HBsAg positive, or HBVDNA positive.
