How to cure pneumonia in children

I believe many people have heard of pneumonia, because pneumonia is relatively common in our lives. Pneumonia is mainly caused by some microbial pathogens or some lung damage. This disease is contagious, so everyone must pay attention to getting along with pneumonia patients. The treatment of pneumonia is actually relatively simple.

1. General treatment

During the treatment of pneumonia, the indoor air should be kept circulating, the room temperature should be 18-20℃, and the humidity should be 60%. The diet should be light, rich in vitamins and protein, and small and frequent meals. Those who are seriously ill and cannot eat can be given intravenous nutrition. Clear the upper respiratory tract secretions in time, pat the back regularly or change the body position to facilitate the discharge of sputum, and keep the respiratory tract open.

2. Physical therapy

For patients with prolonged course of disease, physical therapy such as ultrashort wave can promote the dissipation and absorption of inflammation in the lungs, once a day, 5 times as a course of treatment. Turpentine can also be used.

3. Application of adrenal cortex hormone

Adrenal cortex hormones are not necessary for the treatment of general pneumonia. For children with severe pneumonia who have obvious symptoms of poisoning, severe wheezing, cerebral edema, toxic encephalopathy, septic shock, respiratory failure, etc., adrenal cortex hormones can be used for a short period of time under the premise of adequate use of antibiotics.

This article introduces some treatment methods for pneumonia. I believe that after reading it, you will be very confident in this way of treating pneumonia. In fact, time is very important for the treatment of pneumonia, because the occurrence of pneumonia is very harmful to the lungs. If it is not treated in time, it will hinder the respiratory system.
